This option is available to user for creation of the “Proposal” and “Retainers” for the customers.
This has two options.
a. Proposals
This option gives the function to create and send the proposal to the customers as shown in the image 39.
Create Proposal
Click on the small Plus Button as indicated in the Image 39 and provide relevant basic
information like as per Image- 40
- Customer > Select Customer from the list
- Issue Date > (dd-mm-yyyy) format
- Category > Select Category
- Proposal Number > #PROP00001 (Auto generated)
- Product & Services (Details) > Add ITEMS > Add QUANTITY > PRICE > TAX > (%) DISCOUNT AMOUNT
- Description > Enter the details in the field
User can add multiple items in the proposal, just by clicking on the Add Item Button just along
with Products and services section as per image- 40. After entering the information as suggested
above, click create Button at the bottom of the page. This action will save the Proposal for system
and transaction use.
- Search Proposal in table
With this option, the user can search the Proposal as per customer,
date and status (Accepted, closed, declined draft and Open)
from the table as per image-39. This option gives uses the list
of all the Proposals in a downloadable format like excel or CSV.
- View, manage and Delete Proposal(By going to the Proposal list in table)
In the Proposal table, User can;

Convert in to retainer
(by Clicking Small Convert Icon on Proposal List entry)

b. Retainers
This option gives the function to create and send the Retainers to the customers as shown in the image 44.
Create Retainers
Click on the small Plus Button as indicated in the Image-44
and provide relevant basic information like as per Image-45 .
- Customer > Select Customer from the list
- Issue Date > (dd-mm-yyyy) format
- Category > Select Category
- Retainer Number > #RET00001 (Auto generated)
- Product & Services (Details) > Add ITEM > Add QUANTITY > PRICE > TAX > (%) DISCOUNT AMOUNT
- Description > Enter the details in the field
User can add multiple items in the Retainers,
just by clicking on the Add Item Button just along with Products and services section as per image- 45.
After entering the information as suggested above,
